Good gaming laptop for under $500?
I need a good gaming laptop that is under $500. It doesn’t have to be fancy or mega-fast, but not too slow either. It has to be reliable and sturdy. All that I require is that it be under $500, runs on any version of Vista (except 64-bit), and is Wi-Fi compatible. The only things that will be on there are Microsoft Word, Internet, Combat Arms (MMOFPS) and World of Warcraft (MMORPG). That means it has to have a good video card and a good amount of RAM. Please help me. It will be much appreciated.
At that price point you’ll be extremely hard-pressed to find anything better than a middle performer with subpar integrated graphics.
If you want decent graphics performance, you don’t generally start seeing any respectable hardware until you hit around the $800 tier, and even that’s just entry level.
